DELIVERY, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to ensure that all orders arrive with you safely. Therefore, all UK orders are signed for on delivery. International orders are tracked and signed for on delivery. Please use a delivery address where you or someone will be able to sign for it.

We aim to dispatch orders within 48 working hours of your order being received. UK and international orders are both dispatched via Royal Mail.

TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders, especially orders from countries outside of the European Union (“EU”) might be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import duties. The customer and recipient in the destination country is the importer and is responsible for all import fees, taxes and duties.
If there is a problem with your order, or you are unhappy with your order, just return it within 14 days of receipt. We offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. To make a return, please fill in the returns form on your invoice (this form must be returned to us along with your items), peel off the returns address label on your invoice and put it on the front of your package. The customer is then responsible for the item/s up until it is safely returned to us at Anneliese of London. A refund will not be given until we have received your item/s. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s and recommend using a tracking service. You must pay the cost of returning the goods.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in all the original packaging with the swing tags and all other labels attached. We will be unable to refund you or accept your returned item/s if the product/s are not returned in the correct way, that is, if they are damaged, worn, not returned in the correct packaging, or if labels/swing tags are not intact.
If you need to exchange for a different size, colour, a product of the same value, or a different product with a different value, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org (Subject: Exchange). Please let us know which item/s you would like to exchange and why, your order number, and the new item you’d like to receive. We cannot send you your new item until we have received the item that you would like to exchange. If we do not have the correct item/s in stock, we will offer a full refund. Please also fill in the returns form on your invoice (this must be returned to us along with your items). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s, which are non-refundable. Your exchanged item will be sent back to you free of charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
